Can broken items be replaced?
Some items can be fixed and returned, but most items are one of a kind and can not be replaced. We will refund money if there is a problem with the item and fix the broken item if applicable.
Do you accept checks, money orders or cash?
Due to the fact that checks, money orders, and cash are not reliable forms of payment, all money transactions will be handled through PayPal. PayPal protects our shoppers from identity theft as it is a secure financial trade website and also protects our identity.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes we do. However, you have to allow us time to make the custom item and ship it. We will keep in contact with you and let you know about the progress of the item(s) every step of the way.
What are your shipping policies?
Most of our items will be shipped through FedEx or UPS. They will be shipped within one to two weeks. The shipping will be included in the price of the item. If you would like a tracking number or shipping insurance that will be an additional fee.
